In my fourth form rejection, the letter said to me:
though we strive for quick responses,
after careful consideration,
good luck in the future,
but this story doesn't fit our current needs.
Tomorrow...form rejection number five.

Sorry about that stuck-in-your-head thing, Jessica. But that's nothing compared to what we went through coming up with this list. Re-reading old form rejection letters does not make for a good time.
I'd much rather re-read TRUDY (which is Jessica's novel, by the way).
